BASIC DEFENSE----The basic defense in Jeet Kune Do is the ‘stop hit’ commonly called the “Intercepting Hit”. The “intercepting hit” can be any kick, punch or strike. Rather than blocking a punch or a kick. Try to intercept his movement with any kick or punch.
