Carter hargrave

Hello.
This is my first post so I'll be brief.
Anyone have any ideas why there are only some instructors listed on the different jkd websites?carter hargrave is not a registered practicioner according to www.jkdconnection.com but on his website and a few others he is a master instructor.Just kind of find it confusing,I purchased one of his dvds and i thought it was quite good to be honest but on the other hand I dont want to pay out for dvds and online gradings that outside of 'world jeet kune do federation' doesn't mean anything or are not considered proper levels.Hope to hear from some one soon.Thank you.
