Translated from Cantonese Jeet Kune Do means (the way of the Intercepting fist).
The art and philosophy founded by our sijo:Bruce Lee. It is the art of interception based upon your attack of the apponents attack.

Intercepting him before - during and after you read his intention's, his emotional tenseness , his telegraphic movement's etc.
A defensive offense lin sil die dar . (simultaneous defense and attack) and no passive moves.

"When there is no obstruction whatsoever,movements are like flashes of lightning or the reflecting images in a mirror" (empty your mind)
